CARE, CUSTODY AND CONTROL OF CHEMICAL
Every employee must adhere to certain prescribed procedures in the handling and usage of chemicals and gases which may be used in the course of their employment with Massey. Compliance with the rules and regulations imposed by the Company, as outlined in THE CHEMICAL HANDLING AND USE POLICY, is a very important part of employment.
It is imperative the employee understand and agree that compliance with these procedures is an important responsibility and failure to do so could expose him/her to unnecessary health risk and may result in disciplinary action or dismissal.
