Scope: All Employees

All employees should clearly understand that neither their job nor their earnings are guaranteed to them by Massey Services, Inc. on a monthly or annual basis and that continuation of both is dependent upon the employee meeting or exceeding company standards of job performance and progress. This policy manual is not to be interpreted as an employment contract. Any employee can be terminated at any time for any reason.
